Prices exclude VAT, sales and similar taxes, which are applied as required by applicable law. SAP Store pricing is in EUR; contracting directly with ETZ Global is available in EUR, USD or ZAR, fixed in your order form at signing.

No hidden fees from ETZ. Three costs sit outside the subscription: your AI provider’s token usage (your own account and key), your own BTP infrastructure and entitlements, and time-and-materials remediation if your landscape does not meet the documented prerequisites, always quoted before work starts.

There is no self-service trial. We offer a guided proof of concept on your own development system: ETZ installs, you evaluate for 30 days against success criteria agreed up front, and ETZ removes the installation cleanly unless the POC converts. Data handling during a POC is identical to production terms. There is a charge for the trial service, creditable in full should this result in a sale; commercial details are provided with your quotation.

Every action the platform performs in SAP runs under a real, named SAP user, never a shared technical super-user, so platform users should be licensed SAP users of the systems they touch. Whether AI-mediated access affects your indirect or digital-access position depends on your SAP contract; read scenarios by licensed named users are generally uncritical, and we recommend confirming document-creating scenarios with your SAP account team.

The subscription renews automatically each year unless either party gives notice 60 days before the end of the existing term. ETZ will remind you about three months before renewal. On non-renewal the platform degrades to read-only after a grace period: diagnostics and your audit log keep working, writes are disabled.
