    Hospital and blood-supply landscapes where downtime has a patient at the end of it. Seven years at one hospital with no severity-1 incident attributable to the service and full SAP availability in every monthly report, and every upgrade completed first time inside its window.

    One hospital landscape had defeated six SAP firms before us, none able to move it onto Linux virtual machines. We delivered a sandbox proof within a week at about a third of the competing quotes, then migrated every environment within four months, ahead of schedule.

  3. We move platforms without drama.

    Database platform migrations, operating-system moves and S/4HANA release upgrades, such as 1609 to 2020 on AWS for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, with a parallel landscape and a full production dress rehearsal. The live system stays supported throughout and hypercare is quiet.

  4. We close the audit findings.

    Annual external audit points remediated each year, security patches and upgrades applied before the auditors ask about them, and the evidence packaged for them rather than assembled from memory.

  5. We keep the archive alive and cheap.

    A legacy SAP HR archive hosted on AWS and scheduled to run fifty hours a week instead of around the clock, with a monthly health check. Retention obligations met without paying for a system nobody uses at night.

  6. We support the whole stack.

    ECC and S/4HANA, Solution Manager 7.2, HCM, Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP), Global Batch Traceability (GBT), portal authentication brought up to date, and the integrations between them. Technical architecture and project management when the change is bigger than a ticket.

The result: reliable SAP operations, stronger governance, lower implementation risk, and systems that support the people responsible for patient care.
