  1. We run SAP for a mobility business, day to day.

    Basis, Integration Suite (CPI) engineering, security, FICO and SAP Analytics Cloud support for a car-subscription company since 2022, with the fleet, the customer platform and the month-end depending on it.

    A proof of concept on SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) showed it could run vehicle leasing, including the IFRS 16 conversion, before the business built its contracts on it. The answer came from a working system, not a slide.

    Role-based access designed and built to replace SAP_ALL on production users, scoped so operations keep working while the audit finding closes. The hurry of a go-live should not be the security model two years later.

  5. We report the fleet the way finance needs it.

    Vehicles, contracts, revenue and cost per vehicle in SAP Analytics Cloud, built on the FICO data rather than on exports someone refreshes by hand.

  6. We keep a young company’s SAP boring.

    Patches, transports, monitoring and the small changes handled continuously, so a product team shipping every week never waits on SAP.

The result: one system for vehicles, contracts and finance, access controls an auditor accepts, and an SAP landscape that keeps pace with the product.
